When you make an online payment to Educom International Limited, you will enter into an agreement which entitles you a refund for a maximum period of 14 days subject to the following exceptions and terms:

 

Admissions Application fees

Educom International Limited will not permit a refund of an application fee after an application for admission to an institution has been submitted

 

Consultation fees:

Educom International Limited will not permit refund for consultation fees

 

Application supporting documents checks:

Educom International Limited will not permit refund of fees and charges related to checks and verification of documents provided by the paying applicant

 

Payments for courses:
Educom International Limited will refund payments for courses at institutions which Educom International represent as agent only in the following circumstances:
  1. When the payee applicant fails to obtain a visa to attend the course in the country where the institution providing the course for which the applicant made the payment is located provided that the refusal is not caused by fraud or negligence. Refund in this case may be subject to an administration fee as set by the institution providing the course for which the applicant made payment. Additional bank transfer and currency charges may apply.
  2. When the payee applicant cancels application for the course paid for within 14 days after payment date provided the applicant has not joined the course within this period.

 

In line with international money laundering laws refunds will only be made to the person or entity who made the payment and to the same payment card used
